1、Put the cleats on the sole so that the rounded end is toward the toe part of the shoe and the blunt, square shape is toward the heel.
2、On the bottom of the shoes, you’ll usually see two sets of parallel holes that can slide up and down a small amount.
Where you choose to place the cleats depends on your personal preference and how comfortable you are pedaling.
Remember, you can always readjust it, and if you try it and feel pain in the arch or metatarsal, try a different position.
3、Once the cleat is in place, place the two-hole washer over the hole of your choice.
4、Use your hex wrench to tighten the screws as tight as you can.
